Fees and Cancellations

In order for you to use The Wholesale Registry service, you are required to agree to the following fees and cancellations policy.

The Wholesale Registry service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without your modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of The Wholesale Registry service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

The Wholesale Registry reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Fees and Cancellations in our sole and absolute discretion. The current published version of the Fees and Cancellations will supersede all previous versions. Your use of The Wholesale Registry website or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

All Subscription Rates listed are in US dollars unless otherwise stated within this policy. Wholesale Suppliers that sign up for a Premium Membership must agree to the following subscription-based payment terms:

These rates apply to all members that submit valid payment information such as credit cards, debit cards, and all other accepted and valid forms of payment information. The initial charged fee for service is non-refundable.

The date on which the member selects a subscription plan is considered to be the subscription "Billing Cycle Date" and the member will be billed the 6 month or annual rate in advance for the entire selected subscription period.

The member will continue to be automatically billed on the billing cycle date until the subscription is cancelled. You must cancel your subscription prior to the billing cycle date to avoid additional charges.

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, though no refunds are provided for prorated periods.
